Job Summary
The operations supervisor is responsible for engaging their team and providing daily planning, guidance and supervision to direct reports, supervising fabrication operations on 2nd shift.
Lead a team of approximately 20 to 40 hourly associates to safely produce product and fill customer orders on time and to specification, while achieving productivity targets.

Key Requirements
5-7 years supervisory experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
