Job Summary

  • As a Senior Manager, Category Management you will be responsible for the holistic relationship between Capital One and key third parties, enabling a well-managed and adaptable supply chain.
  • You will apply your strategic and analytical skills to create and strengthen relationships with industry leading companies in the automotive space, specifically related to sales, marketing and financial services businesses.
  • Serving as a people manager, coach and mentor to develop less seasoned and experienced Supplier Managers in their development.

Key Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in Relationship Management
  • At least 3 years of experience in Contract Management or Deal Negotiation
  • At least 2 years of experience in Risk Management
  • At least 5 years of experience with people leadership
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting, partnering, and interacting with internal and external senior executives
  • At least 2 years of experience in the Automotive Industry
