The primary purpose of this job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include assisting residents with daily functions, measuring and recording vital signs, and ensuring residents' personal care needs are met.
The role requires a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant and involves providing care in a low to moderate noise level work environment.
