  • Employees must ensure correct resident information using PCC, record all entries on notes and incident reports, and promptly report any changes in resident condition to the Health and Wellness Director.
  • The role requires assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information.
