Job Summary
Responsible for assembly NPI project execution plan from Phase3 to Phase6, including product design review, DFM study, and manufacturing process design.
Continuously improve manufacturing process agility by new tech introduction, automation, and new concept process/flow.
Lead inverter process knowhow and interact with AME & supplier to continue enhancing issue solving capability and process improvement.
