Job Summary

  • The Design Program Manager will represent Design in Engineering and Program Team meetings ensuring that our vehicles have world class craftsmanship, quality, usability, and an engaged customer experience.
  • Manage cross-functional execution of Global Vehicle Development Process (GVDP) deliverables with goal of 100% on-time performance with quality.
  • The role requires a disciplined approach to managing approved Program Plan of Record and Program Timing, making program status highly visible, holding the program team accountable, and anticipating potential program risks/issues.

  • 10 plus years of production development experience
  • 5 plus years of GVDP experience
  • design studio experience is preferred
  • Advance degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or related area
  • 5 plus years of experience in program management
