  • The Global Head of Medical Performance & Field Medical Excellence is accountable for setting the vision, strategy, and operating model that elevate Medical Affairs execution globally.
  • This role defines enterprise standards, capabilities, and measurement frameworks; orchestrates consistent adoption across markets; and stewards a data-driven, insights-led culture in Field Medical.
  • Lead the global insights and analytics agenda in partnership with two Global Medical Insights & Analytics Directors, ensuring robust, timely, and decision-grade analytics.

  • Track record leading large, cross-functional initiatives
  • Proficiency in performance analytics and real-world data concepts
