This role is critical in ensuring that European deals are structured in line with company policies, regional regulatory requirements, and financial objectives, while balancing customer needs and sales execution speed.
You will also play a key role in mentoring junior Deal Desk colleagues and driving continuous improvement across EMEA processes.
