Job Summary

  • Perform administrative and payroll tasks for employees based in Germany and Austria including managing personnel & payroll data, benefits and talent administration.
  • Assure payroll and administrative support for around 4000 employees, liaising with HR Managers, Reward Partners and line managers.
  • Participate in regional/global improvement projects and deliver sound customer solutions, broadening knowledge about systems, German labour law and payroll.
