Candidates must be fully licensed in Indiana and hold a Certificate of Clinical Competency or be in the process of completing their Clinical Fellowship Year.

Key Requirements
Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from CAA accredited program

Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) or in Clinical Fellowship Year
Basic Life Support certification required
Ohio license required if services provided in Ohio
