Key Requirements

  • B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent education/experience
  • Two (2) years formal or informal training on facility repair/maintenance
  • Experience with restaurant equipment, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, or appliance repair preferred
  • Strong trade knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, commercial cooking equipment, appliance repair and basic HVAC/refrigeration
  • Knowledge of facilities safety requirements
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Report
