Job Summary

  • Managing a small product team of 3-5 engineers (backend and frontend) with 30% of the time spent on management work and the rest actively participating in product development.
  • Responsible for hiring processes, onboarding new engineers, managing team dynamics, and providing continuous feedback and career growth for direct reports.
  • Redesign engineering work shipping with autonomous agents, operationalize agentic workflows, and build reusable agentic workflows and primitives using verification loops.

Key Requirements

  • Managed an engineering team of at least 2 people
  • Extensive experience with Frontend (React, JS, ES6 and Jest) or Backend (Elixir/Phoenix)

  • Ability to think in systems
  • Solid communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of engineering and development principles
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail
