Job Summary

  • This position will report to the COO and be a combination of management (3 people) and day-to-day operational HR support for the corporate office of this 500+ person company.
  • Job duties include 30% management of HR operations and 70% day-to-day HR support covering employee relations, benefits, 401K, compensation, onboarding, and training.
  • The ideal candidate is currently working for a government contractor and must be able to obtain a Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility.
