The Associate Director, Transcend R&D Data Management will lead the Data pillar for R&D within the Transcend transformation program, owning the end-to-end data strategy and delivery outcomes.
Key responsibilities include setting and executing the data strategy and roadmap, defining data domain scope and standards, leading data governance, and directing data migration and cutover execution.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in data governance, master data management, and delivering large-scale SAP and data transformations.
