The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident conditions to the Nurse Supervisor as soon as practical.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care, transporting them between rooms or vehicles, and ensuring their safety by checking on those unable to call for help frequently.

Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information

Participate in shift meetings to improve services
Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel effectively
Key Requirements
Must possess 10th grade education minimum
