Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5-8 years finance or accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in Risk Management or Finance
Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills
P&C insurance knowledge and risk financing
Experience managing direct reports
Nice-to-have
CPCU, ARM, or CRIS professional designations
Background in real estate or construction industry
Superior interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work proactively without supervision
Experience with RMIS systems
Key Requirements
5-8 years professional finance or accounting experience
Bachelor's Degree required
Foundational knowledge of P&C insurance
Professional designations (CPCU, ARM, CRIS) preferred
