Job Summary

  • The Regional Asset Protection Manager is responsible for the execution of all Asset Protection and Safety initiatives within Supply Chain for a geographic area, driving shrink mitigation, accuracy, safety, regulatory compliance, and physical security standards.
  • Key responsibilities include people leadership, strategy and planning, and delivery and execution, focusing on onboarding, training, coaching, developing teams, aligning with leaders, supporting investigations, and ensuring adherence to company standards.
  • This role requires significant overnight travel (more than 50%) and involves working in environments with potential exposure to temperature extremes, moving machinery, loud noise, and fumes.
