This entry-level position provides training and experience necessary for advancement to the fully qualified Distribution Design Engineer level.
The role involves analyzing circuit deficiencies, reviewing interruption reports, and assisting with equipment replacement recommendations to maximize Return on Asset.
Employees must be prepared for nonexclusive storm restoration assignments and may be called to assist during emergency situations outside normal hours.

Salary
Base: $79,000-$84,000; Bonus/Equity: Plus incentive; Benefits: Union contract progression and standard benefits package
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
Valid motor vehicle operator's license
Experience with distribution systems preferred
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of SynerGee or PTI software tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
