  • The Project Manager Pre-Construction works collaboratively with Development and Execution to support construction due diligence, including constructability reviews, risk analyses, developing project schedules, reviewing budgets & capex estimates, and analyses of EPC RFP's.
  • Oversees managing the RFI and RFP processes for all assigned projects to move them from the development phase to the execution phase.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years in renewable energy or industrial construction
  • Advanced knowledge of construction management
  • Demonstrated experience in critical path method schedules
  • Extensive experience with EPC and BOP construction contracting
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, including MS Project
  • Basic knowledge of construction labor relations
