Job Summary

• You will ensure that our facilities are safe and compliant with all applicable country, regional, and local regulations, implement, monitor, and review ECOLAB global and regional initiatives and establish, maintain and continually improve the local management systems and performance of the plant in the areas of safety, health, and environment.
• Conduct and organize central safety and environment committee meetings and employee consultation committees and ensure corrective actions from audits and incident investigations are implemented and post audited for effectiveness.
• Perform all mandatory and statutory licensing activities and reporting requirements to regulatory authorities including renewals and reporting, and act as a resource for line management in environmental management and decision making.

• Bachelor in Safety, Health & Environmental or Chemical/Environmental Engineering
• 10 years of experience in safety role in relevant industry
• Singapore registered Fire Safety Manager certification
• Excellent knowledge of environmental and safety regulations in Chemical Manufacturing Industry
