Job Summary

• This leadership role is a critical partner to the SVP, Infrastructure and Production Engineering (IPE), driving the operational cadence, strategic execution, and cross-functional alignment of the IPE organization.
• You will ensure the organization runs efficiently, that investments in cloud infrastructure and operations are well-governed, and that the SVP’s time is focused on the highest-impact priorities across reliability, cost, and scale.
• The Infrastructure Team is the foundational engine that powers Workday’s global operations, building the most reliable, secure, and scalable cloud infrastructure in the industry.

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $255,000 USD - $382,400 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $215,300 USD - $382,400 USD; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• 7-10+ years of progressive experience in strategic operations, business/technical program management, or Chief of Staff role
• 1-3+ years in a senior leadership or executive-facing role
• Experience with infrastructure, platform, SRE, or cloud operations teams
• Experience with FinOps or cloud cost management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
