Job Summary
This position is responsible for monitoring and tracking the organization’s compliance with, and also providing regulatory expertise and guidance as it relates to Joint Commission’s Environment of Care (EOC), Life Safety and Emergency Management (EM) Standards, and the Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Conditions of Participation related to the Physical Environment.
You will conduct compliance audits according to the applicable federal, state, and local regulations including life safety, environment of care, emergency management, infection control, water safety, ligature/self-harm risks, and other emerging risks.
This is a full time role located at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center.
