Job Summary
This position will be primarily responsible for leading reliability engineering for mobile equipment in the mine, focusing on improving asset performance, minimizing unplanned downtime, and optimizing maintenance strategies.
Develop and implement Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) strategies adapted to the mining fleet and supervise condition monitoring programs.
Ensure strict compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards in all area activities and train and develop the reliability team.

Key Requirements
10+ years of experience in maintenance and reliability of heavy mobile equipment
University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
Certifications in reliability desirable (CMRP, CRL)
Proficiency in RCM, FMEA, RCA methodologies
Experience with predictive maintenance technologies
Advanced knowledge of CMMS systems (SAP PM, JD Edwards)
Bilingual or advanced English proficiency highly valued
Availability to work in mining shifts and high altitude
