Must-have
Continuous health of security applications
Integrate and configure data sources
Technical support for system management
Platform updates for security requirements
On-call availability for data protection issues
Build and maintain SOPs and runbooks
Configure NAT, VPNs, security policies
Perform root cause analysis and audits

Vendor management experience
Key Requirements
5–8 years of hands-on experience in network security operations
Proven expertise in at least two primary technologies (Palo Alto, Defender for O365, Zscaler, Prisma Cloud, Wiz Cloud, Claroty OT, Illumio)
Proficient in Incident Management and Change Management
Ability to work at location in Vaughan, Ontario or Toronto, Ontario and possible remote work with arrangement
