  • Develop, implement, and maintain Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) to ensure all people management policies and procedures align with Company philosophies, legal requirements, and organizational strategies.
  • Manage the entire staffing process for Department Head and Manager Level positions, oversee compensation and benefit programs, and administer HR payroll procedures.
  • Lead employee relations activities, advise on labor legal issues, and facilitate strategic performance management to instill a 'High Performance Organization' culture.
