Owning the forecasting of the Services P&L and supporting and driving continuous improvements through data analytics to identify areas for margin enhancement.
Collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams to execute strategy and resolve issues, reporting metrics and maintaining dashboards.

Key Requirements
7+ years of business operations or related experience
8+ years of experience in Finance or Business Operations within a customer experience function
Experience in P&L forecasting
Proficiency in MS applications and advanced user of Tableau, Jira, and Confluence
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Business, or a related field, with an MBA
