Job Summary

• The NC Department of Adult Correction is responsible for safeguarding and preserving lives and property through prevention, protection, and preparation as well as the care, custody, and supervision of all adults sentenced for violating North Carolina laws.
• This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor at a medium custody male correctional facility and involves installation, maintenance, and repair of air, gas, water, and waste disposal systems.
• Warren Correctional Institution houses minimum, medium, and close custody offenders and offers vocational training and educational courses to offenders.
