The role involves performing electrical operations and maintenance activities throughout the ARI site while supporting the mission to serve patients living with serious illnesses.
Successful candidates will transition from a standard schedule to a rotating 12-hour shift pattern covering 7 days per week after an initial onboarding phase.
The position requires strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and cGMPs while ensuring work is completed safely and accurately.

Salary
Base: $87,195.00 - $106,536.00 USD annually; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary annual bonus program and stock-based long-term incentives; Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, vision, retirement plan, and flexible spending accounts
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
2 years electrical systems experience
High school diploma or GED
Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment
Nice-to-have
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Strong communication skills written and verbal
Proven ability to identify improvement opportunities
Key Requirements
Rhode Island Journeyperson Electrician B License preferred
5+ years Electrical and Utilities systems experience
Experience with Maximo computerized maintenance management system
