  • Level II: Medical Technologists registration + 4 years experience
  • Level II: Bachelor's degree + Oklahoma medical practitioner license + 4 years experience
  • Level II: Oklahoma practical nursing license + 6 years experience
  • Level II: Oklahoma professional nursing license + 5 years experience
  • Level II: Bachelor's degree in nursing + 4 years experience
  • Level III: Medical Technologists registration + 6 years experience
  • Level III: Bachelor's degree + Oklahoma medical practitioner license + 6 years experience
  • Level III: Oklahoma practical nursing license + 8 years experience
