  • This role is responsible for optimizing and improving the efficiency of each of the manufacturing processes, including Yield, Throughput, Productivity, Price of nonconformities and Cost of sales.
  • The position requires developing processes for high efficiency and cost effectiveness, eliminating waste using lean principles, and being responsible for all aspects of lean deployment and six sigma activities.
  • Responsibilities include providing leadership and mentorship to employees, interviewing, hiring, and training employees, and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.

Key Requirements
