This full-time onsite summer internship offers hands-on experience navigating risk, compliance, and smart decision-making within the legal and enterprise risk management functions.
Interns will research federal and state regulations applicable to life and annuity insurance distribution while mapping these requirements to internal control categories like SOX domains.
The program includes mentorship from senior leaders, weekly Lunch & Learns, and opportunities to present findings to executive leadership at Integrity, a leading independent insurance distributor.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Research federal and state insurance regulations
Map regulatory requirements to internal controls
Collaborate with Cybersecurity on ITGC mapping
Develop regulatory mapping matrix for compliance
Present findings to ERM and Cybersecurity leadership
Nice-to-have
Curious, coachable, and eager to learn
Strong written communication and documentation skills
Comfortable working independently in a team
High attention to detail with commitment to quality
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Key Requirements
Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program
Rising junior or senior at time of internship
Available to work 40 hours per week onsite five days a week
