Accurately and safely prepare, administer, and document oral and/or topical medications ordered for resident use.
Maintain a friendly, productive working relationship with nursing staff, physicians, pharmacists, and participate in facility committees to improve medication processes.
Follow facility policies to ensure confidentiality of resident care information and promptly report any suspected violations.
