Job Summary
Responsible for supporting and executing the overall activities of DC operations by closely managing 3PL performance, ensuring service excellence, and contributing to cost control and operational efficiency.
Own and monitor warehouse KPIs (productivity, SLA, OTIF, inventory accuracy) and drive action plans with 3PL, and lead daily/weekly operational reviews with 3PL.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse operations and actively support strategic projects such as DC transitions, new warehouse setups, and 3PL changes.
