Must-have
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Culinary Arts
Proven work experience as Commis or kitchen staff
Star hotel or relevant hospitality establishment experience
Strong knife skills and food preparation techniques
Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
Nice-to-have
Creative mindset with genuine passion for culinary excellence
First aid knowledge preferred
Flexibility to learn and adapt to new techniques
