This newly created role is focused on supporting the coordinated, behind-the-scenes processes that ensure product returns are handled efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with company standards.
The Return Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end return process by reviewing and approving return requests, ensuring compliance with company policies, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
