Job Summary
This role helps to manage the claims assessment team by aligning with PVA’s strategy, building and developing people to adapt with change management, and managing risk effectively in the assessment process.
Responsibilities include regularly reviewing and analyzing claim decisions, controlling work quality to meet benchmarks, contributing to functional and strategic KPIs, and acting as a sign-off person and mentor for claim assessors.

Key Requirements
University graduated of Economics or Business Administration
At least 3 years experience in insurance or hospitals
