As an Operations Manager at JLL, you will support operational activities for JLL's Variable Market Project and Development Services (PDS) teams through supporting day-to-day business operational functions including supporting people experience and onboarding, proactively reviewing and measuring business metrics to drive process improvements, efficiency gains, and drive business growth, supporting the delivery of strategic business initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the variable markets team

Job Summary

  • As an Operations Manager at JLL, you will support operational activities for JLL's Variable Market Project and Development Services (PDS) teams through supporting day-to-day business operational functions including supporting people experience and onboarding, proactively reviewing and measuring business metrics to drive process improvements, efficiency gains, and drive business growth, supporting the delivery of strategic business initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the variable markets team.
  • You'll provide strategic operational support and guidance for the PDS Variable Market teams while identifying process inefficiencies and providing feedback to the Regional Operations Lead to collaborate and develop strategies to enhance productivity, optimize operations, streamline workflows, and reduce costs.
