Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred
  • Minimum 10 years industrial continuous improvement experience
  • Plant Continuous Improvement Manager experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Hoshin Planning and Value Stream Mapping
  • Experience with Manufacturing Standardized Work and 5S
  • Travel availability 25%-75%
