The purpose of the Spa Supervisor is to provide support for the spa management team in all areas of the spa to ensure smooth and efficient operational procedures within all departments enabling the staff to provide optimal guest service.
Support Spa Manager and Director in any administrative tasks including, sales reports, staff performance tracking, coordinating promotions as well as facility maintenance.
Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any guest issues or concerns that may arise.
