Job Summary

  • This role supports the end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) process, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment while delivering excellent service to B2B customers through close cross-functional collaboration.
  • Manage customer orders including domestic, export, and consignment orders in compliance with IFF policies and SOX requirements, covering order entry, confirmation, invoicing, and follow-up until successful delivery.
