Job Summary
The Director of Sales leads, trains, motivates, and supports a team of Account Executives within the Property & Casualty Insurance division.
This role requires approximately 75% travel throughout the Northeast region with about 7 overnights per month, for which a company vehicle is provided.
Responsibilities include managing aggregate production, facilitating AE integration into sales operating areas, and supporting Ally brand growth through special projects.
