Service Operationalization Lead is responsible in managing the service capability delivery - implementation and roll out of new or enhanced core telco services and associated operational support processes.
He/she also fulfills requests for service architecture design through collaboration with different domain SMEs in NTG, ISG, ISDP, Legal, Billing and with vendor partners.
