Job Summary

  • The Corporate Counsel III is responsible for the provision of high-quality legal advice, policy and direction to the EMEA Enterprise business with a focus on commercial contract and regulatory work.
  • Critical to this will be the ability to work seamlessly across time zones with Worldpay’s global commercial, legal and compliance teams, with the majority of time dedicated to merchant risk analysis, contract drafting and negotiations and providing legal advice.
  • The Enterprise Legal Team consists of nine lawyers, growing to ten with this role, supporting the business with the onboarding of new merchants and growing the existing merchant portfolio.
