As a participant in the PRIMA program, you will gain extensive work competencies through a balanced approach: 70% hands-on experience in production operations, 20% guided mentorship from the experts, and 10% engaging classroom training and workshop.
Your mission will include supporting the operation as an area operator while following high standards of P&G Jakarta Plant's Foundation (safety, quality, stewardship, and citizenship) to deliver the perfect quality product to our consumers and maintain high performance of production lines.
