Must-have

  • Process, monitor, and manage critical customer shipments

  • Communicate professionally with customers, agents, brokers, colleagues
  • Receive, review, verify, and process import/export documentation
  • Identify, document, and escalate shipping irregularities

Key Requirements

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & data entry
  • Type 30 WPM
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
