Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Python and C/C++ or Java proficiency
Experience fine-tuning LLMs with Hugging Face
Building Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines
Implementing PEFT/LoRA methods for large models
Deploying containerized solutions with Docker/Kubernetes
Active Department of War security clearance required
Nice-to-have
Experience with LangChain and agentic workflows
Knowledge of Model Context protocols
Familiarity with DevSecOps and GitOps practices
Background in adversarial testing and AI safety
Experience with distributed training frameworks like DeepSpeed
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in CS, ML, Statistics, or related field
4 years relevant experience (or MS with 2 years)
Ability to obtain and maintain active DoD security clearance
Willingness to work onsite 5 days per week in Pittsburgh or Arlington
