Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, chemistry, biology, pharmaceutical sciences, manufacturing, operations, or a related scientific field
8+ years of experience in manufacturing or packaging operations in a regulated industry
3+ years of people management experience
Experience conducting investigations, root cause analysis and implementing CAPA
Experience managing production schedules, resource planning and basic department budgeting
