Job Summary

  • The GCO Leadership Development Program offers 12 months of dynamic rotations with in-depth training across CTA, SM, and LTM roles, supported by mentorship and real-world experience.
  • Global Trial Associates will rapidly gain knowledge, develop technical and leadership skills, and gain insights into pharmaceutical development, GCO SOPs, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • GTAs will support activities of Site Managers and Local Trial Managers, gaining knowledge of trial management phases and patient safety, with potential placement into LTM or SM roles upon program completion.
