The primary purpose of the Activity Assistant is to assist the Activity Director run a creative and interactive activities program that meets the interests and needs of each resident.
This role involves participating in planning and conducting individual, small and large group activities and assisting with communication between employees, residents, families, and other stakeholders.
The position requires assisting in developing monthly activity calendars, maintaining attendance records, and supporting quality assurance and discharge planning processes.
