Key Requirements
Age 18 or older
High school degree or equivalent
Meet state or local licensure
Previous retail and/or loss prevention experience preferred
Ability to lead and hold others accountable
Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices
Operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment
Work independently and as part of a team
Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently
Access all areas of the building
Climb up and down ladders
Apprehend subjects in accordance with company policy
Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely
Frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Reliable and prompt attendance necessary
Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift
