Key Requirements

  • Age 18 or older
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Meet state or local licensure
  • Previous retail and/or loss prevention experience preferred
  • Ability to lead and hold others accountable
  • Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices
  • Operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently
  • Access all areas of the building
  • Climb up and down ladders
  • Apprehend subjects in accordance with company policy
  • Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely
  • Frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
